Shipment Review

There is a simple, intuitive method of viewing, amending and managing shipments that have been created in ship@ease for current or future use.

As shipments are created, they will appear in the Shipment Review section. Use the options in this section to also:

  • Search for historic shipments
  • Void shipments
  • Manage imported shipments
  • Amend shipment dates

The Shipment Review Screen

The default screen view will show shipments for today or future shipments ~ the fields displayed in the Shipment Review section can be customised by clicking on the arrow on any of the fields, highlighting 'columns' and by placing a tick in any of the fields required.

Fifteen shipments can be displayed on each page ~ use the First, Previous, Next or Last buttons to navigate through the list of shipments.

Print Manifest

Click on the Print Manifest button and a Print Manifest box will appear. Select from the calendar box the required date of the manifest ~ by clicking on the Print Manifest button, this will output the manifest to a designated laser printer.

Searching for Historic Shipments

Use one of these four options to search for historic shipments:

  • Reference ~ this is the reference that was entered when creating the shipment.
  • Created Date ~ this is the date that the shipment was created.
  • Shipment Date ~ this is the date when the shipment was despatched.
  • Delivery Postcode ~ the postcode of where the shipment was being delivered to.
Enter criteria into any of these fields and click on the Filter button to display the results.

Deleting Shipments

Tick the box highlighting the shipment to be deleted ~ only non-printed labels can be deleted.

The shipment will be deleted from the list displayed.

Voiding/Unvoiding Shipments

Tick the box highlighting the shipment to be voided/unvoided.

The status of the shipment will then be amended in the 'voided' column.

Change Shipment Date

Amend the shipment date on any unprinted labels by selecting the shipment and clicking on the Change Date button at the bottom of the screen. When the Change Date box appears, select an alternative shipment date via the calendar and then click on the Change Date button.

The shipment date will then be amended in the shipment date column.

Shipment Status

Select the shipment via the Filter options ~ If using Reference, Created Date or Delivery Postcode details also enter the correct Shipment Date then click on the Filter button.

Click on the latest delivery detail in the Status column and the shipment delivery detail will be displayed in Track IT in the Tracking section.

Edit or View a Shipment

Select the shipment to edit or view via the following methods:

  • The Filter options ~ If using Reference, Created Date or Delivery Postcode details also enter the correct Shipment Date then click on the Filter button ~ Double click on the shipment displayed.
  • Double click on the required shipment from the list of shipments displayed.
  • Click on the notepad and pen icon in the Edit column of the shipment.
A new screen will be displayed detailing the collection and delivery information, shipment details, notification/sender information and parcel details.

If the shipment has not been shipped the Edit Shipment button will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Click on the Edit Shipment button to amend any of the shipment detail and create a new shipment with a new consignment number and the original becomes void.

Reprint or Edit an International Invoice

To reprint or edit an International invoice firstly select the shipment to edit or view via the following methods:

  • The Filter options ~ If using Reference, Created Date or Delivery Postcode details also enter the correct Shipment Date then click on the Filter button ~ Double click on the shipment displayed.
  • Double click on the required shipment from the list of shipments displayed.
  • Click on the notepad and pen icon in the Edit column of the shipment.

A new screen will be displayed detailing the collection and delivery information, shipment details, notification/sender information and parcel details.


If the shipment has not been shipped the Edit Shipment button will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Click on the Edit Shipment button to amend any of the shipment detail and click on the International invoice button to amend any of the invoice details and click on Commodity Details button to amend the commodity details ~ this will create a new shipment with a new consignment number and an International invoice and the original becomes void.

Print Shipment

Print any unprinted shipments or job imports that have not been automatically printed out, by placing a tick in the box and clicking on the Print Screen button.

The labels will be printed via the default printer (either thermal or laser).

Send to File

Click on the Send to File button to produce a CSV file report that can be either saved to a location of choice or printed to a designated laser printer.
